Velora is a New Zealand boutique operating veloranz.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored by Velora.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, provide custom sizing where requested, respond to your messages, manage returns and claims, issue store credit and gift cards, prevent fraud, improve our site and products, and meet our legal obligations. With your consent, we also use your email address to send news and offers, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Our site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
