Made to order

Every Velora dress is made to order, hand beaded and hand finished. Your piece goes into production when you order, which is how we keep quality high and waste low. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your dress to be crafted and reach our Auckland studio, where it is inspected by hand before dispatch to you. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

Estimated delivery

New Zealand. Approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the date of order. Once dispatched from Auckland, tracked shipping arrives in 2 to 4 business days, rural addresses can take 1 to 2 days longer.

Australia. Approximately 5 to 6 weeks from the date of order. Once dispatched, tracked shipping arrives in 6 to 12 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order changes

Because production begins promptly after ordering, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered production. Please check your size and delivery details carefully before ordering.

Tracking and updates

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can also follow your order in your account. All timeframes are estimates only. Because each piece is handmade, production times can vary, and if your order is running significantly behind the estimate we will keep you updated. If your parcel has not moved for more than 5 business days after dispatch, email velora.nz.info@gmail.com and we will chase it with the carrier.

Addresses

Supplying a complete and correct delivery address is your responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or the parcel went unclaimed, redelivery is at your cost.
